At Leeds Hospitality Group, we have created a wonderful tool focused on the Power of Gratitude at Work which walks your leaders through the benefits of practicing daily acts of Gratitude via a 15 Day Challenge with actionable activities designed to infuse Gratitude into your already existing wellness and recognition programs.

We believe that Gratitude is more than just a feel-good emotion - it is a powerful tool that can create a thriving work environment where employees feel valued, leading to enhanced happiness, retention and profitability.

My Gratitude Journey...

Following a successful career in the hospitality industry with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Bridgestreet Global Hospitality, I journeyed out on my own to form Leeds Hospitality Group, a hospitality consulting firm.

As part of Leeds, I created the Gratitude Centered podcast, Tuesday’s Thanks, where I interview senior industry leaders about their journey and provide them with a platform to Thank those people who have helped them along the way.

Then came my YouTube channel, Tuesday’s Thanks Take 5 where the guest is given the opportunity to Thank one individual that has made a positive impact on their life.

With over 150 interviews completed with hundreds more to come, I have embraced the Power of Gratitude at Work and now enjoy sharing the many ways that Gratitude can improve both your work environment and your life in general.

Companies with higher levels of employee gratitude experienced a 20% increase productivity and a 41% reduction in absenteeism.
